Mozilla updates both Firefox and Thunderbird
The Mozilla Corporation has released yet another minor updates for their popular web browser and email client software. Both Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird have received minor updates.
Mozilla said in a statement that these latest updates fix a number of critical security flaws in the open-source products.
The latest Firefox browser update addresses 12 security flaws. In addition, it also includes some fixes designed to make the browser more stable.
As per incoming information, five of the fixed bugs are pretty serious and an attacker could possibly use them to run unauthorized software on an un-patched system.
The Mozilla Thunderbird update fixes eight bugs in this application out of which one was dubbed critical by the developers.
