Google Talk update is now publicly released
Google had released a test release couple of days back, which brought new features like user pictures to Google Talk users. The company has now officially released this update and users are automatically being upgraded to the latest version.

Pictures and themes
See pictures in your Friends list and chat sessions. Pick a picture for yourself and customize where you see your friends’ pictures. Now you can also change the appearance of your chat sessions.
The company also has released the Google Talk for BlackBerry devices. Users can download that version from the Blackberry website. PC users can download the latest Google Talk from Google’s website.
