Ian Stewart joins Automattic as it prepares WordPress 3
Automattic and WordPress developers are working hard on the next major edition of the popular open source blogging engine WordPress.
WordPress 3 is being developed right now and we now have an interesting news.
Ian Stewart has announced that he is joining the Automattic team.
Stewart is the man behind ThemeShaper which is involved in WordPress themes and framework developments.
He is likely to play a big role in the new default theme that WordPress 3.0 would likely to include.
As part of joining Automattic, he has released all his existing themes for free.
