Thunderbird 3 RC 1 coming next week
Mozilla Messaging has announced that they are set to release the first release candidate edition of Thunderbird 3 email client next week.
Thunderbird 3 has been in beta testing for months now and the final version should not be far off.
Mozilla Messaging chief David Ascher said: “We’re down to the last few bugs. Feedback with the last beta was enthusiastic.”
Thunderbird is available on all the three popular platforms: Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
We have been using a beta edition of Thunderbird 3 and it is a major improvement over the 2.x releases.
