Twitter testing new tweet notifications
This feature is already present in third party Twitter clients like Brizzly.
Twitter is now adding the same.
Twitter would now update if you have any new tweets if you have not reloaded the homepage.
This feature is currently available to a limited number of users. The developers would gradually make it available to all.
