Google sued for Courgette updates for Chrome web browser
Google has been using a new technology they call Courgette for delivering smaller updates to the users of Google Chrome web browser.
Red Bend is a mobile software developer which has now filed a lawsuit against the search engine giant claiming that Courgette infringes on their patented technologies.
The company said that their patented technology is designed to distribute similar smaller sized updates to mobile devices.
The patent in question is titled: ‘Difference extraction between two versions of data-tables containing intra-references‘
