The concept is simple. You post a Twitter message on the service and it is stored.
The message is then delivered to a random Twitter user within a period of three months.
Unless you leave your own detail in the tweet, it would be hard for you to find out the receiver of your message.
The idea behind this service is based on the well the movie named Message in a Bottle.
The concept might be spammy in nature (people might not like receiving random tweets from 140inABottle), but it could find you a new friend in a Twitter user who decides to contact you back!
