imo.im is a worthy challenger to Meebo
Meebo is probably the most well known web based instant messaging service today.
They have a couple of rivals including imo.im which continues to enhance their features to make it a worthy challenger.
imo.im enables connectivity with a variety of instant messaging services like AIM, Google Talk, ICQ, MSN, MySpace, Skype, and Yahoo Messenger.
It is totally free and has an application version as well that works on Windows only currently.
It support voice and video chats as well.
