Waver: Google Wave client powered by Adobe Air
Google Wave developers recently started issuing invites for the service which means that a lot more users are now connected to it.
The service is currently in a very basic form which means there are no easy way to keep a track of your waves unless you keep it open in a web browser window.
There are some third party applications out already which have OS integration (Waveboard is out for Mac OS X).
Waver is another one which is powered by Adobe Air platform.

It is not a very capable Google Wave client as it simply renders the mobile edition of Wave which is still pretty crude compared to the desktop version.
But it works on all the three major platforms (Windows, Mac and Linux) and can be used as a handy utility to stay connected.
