Twitter cleans up the mess with deleted tweets in search results
TechCrunch has reported that Twitter has finally made the required changes to enhance the privacy of the users on the service.
Twitter has been known to have a major bug in the recent months. If you tweeted something only to realize that it was a mistake… you can of course delete it.
It disappears from your Twitter profile page… But the problem was that it was still accessible from Twitter search results.
Twitter has now fixed this glitch and the removed tweets are cleaned up more efficiently.
It does not however guarantees that the message you tweeted was not picked up by any of the thousands of services running on Twitter technology.
