@MicrosoftHelps on Twitter to help with Windows 7 problems!
Microsoft has a Twitter account named MicrosoftHelps which has been setup to help people with problems related to Windows 7 operating system.
Microsoft has just launched this new edition of the Windows OS and this Twitter account can come handy with problems faced by new users.
This account seems to be managed by a group of four people. And it is pretty clear that it would be practically impossible for them to answer all the queries.
However, it could work for you in case you are stuck with something major and there is no solution in sight…
