Power.com lawsuit against Facebook rejected
Facebook has won a battle against Power.com.
A Northern California District Court judge threw out the counter lawsuit filed by Power.com which had claimed that Facebook was withholding user data to prevent third party services from connecting to their network.
Power.com is a web based service that enables a user to access multiple social networks from a single location.
Facebook blocked them from accessing their services claiming that they were violating their terms of usage. Facebook also filed a lawsuit against them for scrapping user data stored on their servers.
Power.com has responded by saying that they would be back with better arguments.
