Google Docs Viewer: Directly open or embed PDF, PowerPoint and Tiff Files!
Google has this ability to provide very useful tools and services that are not promoted much.
Google Docs Viewer is one such service.
This tool is designed to open files using the Google Docs engine right into a web browser.
It currently works with Adobe PDF, Microsoft PowerPoint and Tiff files.
You can generate a link that can open any of these files directly inside a web browser without any plug-in.
You can also generate code to embed existing files on to a web page. Here is an example…
