Google Chrome to support Windows 7 specific features in Version 5
The Register has reported that Google has delayed plans to add support for Windows 7 specific features in their Chrome web browser.
Google Chrome developers now plan to add features like jump lists and tab thumbnails in version 5 of the browser. These features would be specific to Windows 7 OS only.
Mozilla on the other hand has already planned to add these features in Firefox 3.6 release.
Google is working hard on releasing a beta edition of Chrome for Apple Mac users. A version for Linux is also planned.
Google however provide test releases for both of these platforms.
