Microsoft Office 2010 to get a public beta next month
Microsoft has announced that they would launch a public beta of their upcoming Office 2010 suite next month.
They are aiming to launch this edition sometime next year.
Microsoft has already started testing the web based edition of Office which would compliment this new release.
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer spoke about this new edition: “SharePoint 2010 is the biggest and most important release of SharePoint to date. When paired with Microsoft Office 2010, SharePoint 2010 will transform efficiency by connecting workers across a single collaboration platform for business.”
