Google continues to enhance the capabilities of Gmail by adding new features through Gmail Labs.

Google Docs previews in mail is the latest one to arrive and it enables the user to get a quick preview of files attached in an email message.

To checkout a document attached in an email, you usually have to open it in a new tab or a new application.

With this new feature, you can preview the contents right inside the email itself. This can come real handy at times.

It support documents, spreadsheets and presentations supported by Google Docs.
