Eric Schmidt: Google Android is all set to explode!
Google CEO Eric Schmidt has claimed that they have reached the stage where Android mobile platform is all set to explode.
It is already being used by around 12 smartphones available in the market today.
Around 32 mobile service providers are selling these devices in around 26 nations around the world.
With the holiday season arriving, more new products are set to launch.
Google Android is important to Google as it would help them in gaining in the mobile search and advertising market.
Google continues to rely heavily on advertising revenues from the web and mobile web is the next frontier for them to capture.
