Adobe releases updates for Acrobat and Reader
Adobe has as expected released the security updates for their Acrobat and Reader applications.
Both of these are related to the Adobe PDF format.
The company had recently stated that these applications had serious flaws and they were working on the fixes.
The versions affected were:
Adobe Reader 9.1.3 and Acrobat 9.1.3
Adobe Reader 8.1.6 and Acrobat 8.1.6 for Windows, Macintosh and UNIX
Adobe Reader 7.1.3 and Acrobat 7.1.3 for Windows and Macintosh
Adobe is recommending that all the users update their installations with the latest updates.
