Mozilla Firefox 3.6 would detect computer orientation
Christopher Blizzard has announced in a blog post that the next edition of Firefox would feature support for detecting computer orientation.
Basically, the browser would be able to detect the orientation of the laptop if supported hardware is found.
Blizzard said that the technology was originally designed for the mobile version of the Firefox web browser but they decided to include it in the desktop version as well.
