Adobe Flash to get the full edition on most smartphone platforms
Adobe has announced that they are collaborating Research In Motion, Windows Mobile, Palm and Google to provide support for full Adobe Flash capabilities in their smartphone platforms.
The obvious player missing from the list is Apple iPhone which does not support Flash at all.
Apple has been concentrating on HTML5 platform to enable some of the capabilities of Flash.
Adobe Flash would be rolled out for Windows Mobile and Palm webOS later this year.
Other platforms would start getting the latest editions next year.
Adobe said that Adobe Flash Player 10.1 would work on all the popular computing platforms like PCs, smartphones, netbooks and other devices.
