Digital Sky Technologies could be expanding its ownership of Facebook
Market sources claim that Russian investment firm Digital Sky Technologies has been acquiring more stake in the world’s most popular social networking service Facebook.
Reports claim that the group is acquiring stake directly from the shareholders in the company.
Microsoft is incidentally one of the minor investors in this company.
The reason is simple… Facebook is one of the few web services which could launch its own IPO in the coming years.
Reports say that the company is acquiring shares in Facebook at around $14.77 a share.
