Apple does it again… Useless software installation on Windows OS

Apple was criticized heavily when they started delivering Apple Safari web browser through their Software Update utility.

Safari was selected by default at first which led to many unwanted installations.

Apple fixed the problem by shifting new software to a different box where user got the ability to select them to install on their machines.

However, the company has made a turnaround with the latest updates.

iPhone Configuration Utility application was again delivered to users on Windows operating system in a similar manner. It is something that has little use for customers even if they own the iPhone mobile device.

Apple Application Support is another application that is now mandatory for you to install if you want to run any Apple product on your machine.

If you install this application, QuickTime stops working!
