Delete Mail button missing from Gmail’s HTML version
Search engine giants Google recently added a delete mail button to their popular Gmail web service. However, they seem to have forgotten to add this little nifty feature to the HTML version of the web mail service.
The HTML version of the Gmail designed for older generation browsers not capable of supporting the features of regular Gmail still shows the delete option in the drop down menu which is pretty inconvenient to the users used to the delete button as it is present in all the popular web mail services around.
Google has been discouraging the users to delete the mails considering the space provided is good enough to keep them forever. They are constantly upgrading the email boxes of users around the world and it is nearly 2700 Megs right now. However, users are still preferring to deleting mails they do not think important enough for preservation.
Let’s hope the guys at Google Inc update the HTML edition of Gmail to add a quick access button to Gmail interface.
