Mark Trammell leaves Digg to join Twitter!

Twitter has managed to hire Mark Trammell who has been working for Digg as their user experience expert.

He is officially going to join Twitter on October 5.

Even at Twitter he is expected to play an adviser role for the designers at Digg.com.

He said in a blog post:

I’m excited to say that, next week, I’ll be starting a new job with the design team at Twitter building a user research program. I’ll be working with a new set of folks I admire (Doug Bowman, for instance) on a site that is changing the way the world communicates. Did I mention I’m excited? ‘Cause I am. My first day at Twitter is Monday, October 5.

We are now looking forward to see some cool user interface updates on Twitter!
