Chuitter is Twitter clone with 14 character limit!
We have covered Woofer before which requires the user to put in at least 1400 characters per post.
We now have another Twitter clone named Chuitter. This one has a limit of just 14 characters.
Apparently, the focus is on haiku and other massively short conversations.
You cannot really do much with just 14 characters!
The service is in Japanese language which means that more information can be transmitted in less content. So well, we assume that Japanese language users would find it more useful than English language users.
