Google Chrome Frame could actually work in other browsers!
Google Operating System has reported that Google designed their Chrome Frame add-on in such a way that it could be adapted on other platforms!
Essentially, developers can make available this plug-in on other browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera.
Essentially, the package contains a NPAPI plug-in which is widely supported by rival web browsers.
Google Chrome Frame is currently available only for the Internet Explorer web browser.
Opera, Firefox and Safari are updated pretty regularly and support for newer web technologies is already good. So perhaps Google would not target the users of these browsers.
