Reddit is in a state of mess due to some JavaScript attack!

Reddit is in a state of mess at the moment due to some attack which has managed to affect almost all the registered users of the service.

The attack seems to be related to some JavaScript related vulnerability which remains unfixed in the Reddit code.

The service is currently in accessible as the developers are probably working on fixing it.

But the effect was massive as all the comments on the main page stories were full of junk content.

Reddit is a social bookmarking service which is similar in nature to Digg.

It is mostly used by users who are technically sound. Personally, I find it superior to Digg when it comes to quality of content!
