Update:
Facebook has finally updated their Facebook Lite service to enable the user to switch back to regular Facebook account.
They have a new setting which lets you pick between the two user interfaces. You can either select one permanently or retain the option to use any of them as per your convenience.

Facebook Lite causing problems for some users
Web’s most popular social networking service Facebook recently launched a light weight edition for users who surf on dial-up or similar connections.
This version is designed for slow internet connections and can come handy if you are surfing from a cafe or a mobile device.
Facebook Lite can be accessed through a special URL lite.facebook.com.
However, the service seems to be redirecting users to this version in some cases where they feel that the user is on a slower connection.
This is causing problems for those users who want to access the full version of the site.
Apparently, the service has no option to disable this automatic forwarding…

Facebook Lite Sucks..!
How can FB not think of providing an option to opt out of any beta version thingy.
This is common sense.
