Google has a video rating problem on YouTube
YouTube developers have blogged about a peculiar problem.
They have posted a graph showcasing what kind of ratings is given by users on their service to the videos.

The graph clearly showcases that the 5 star rating is the most common rating. 2, 3 and 4 star are practically dead.
This clearly proves that user only rate videos they think are awesome. They just ignore the rating parameter on rest of the videos.
YouTube developers are now looking for inputs on how you would want to rate the videos.
