GIMP 2.8 to get single window mode!
Finally…
GIMP developers have revealed that the version 2.8 of the application would finally get the single window mode.
Users would be able to switch between the two modes as per their convenience.
Some other features planned for GIMP 2.8 are:
Multiple column inspectors
Easy switching between multiple images
Polaroid overlays
