Intuit To Acquire Mint!
TechCrunch has reported that as per their sources Intuit is going to acquire Mint which is a popular web based financial service.
The deal is said to be worth around USD 170 million and could be announced in the coming days.
The report said that the estimated market worth of the company was around USD 140 million so this deal is good news for the investors.
Intuit competed with Mint in certain areas and apparently they decided to get rid of the competition by acquiring it.
It remains to be seen what the acquisition means for the users of Mint.

This totally sucks for Mint users. Intuit will ruin it, like everything else it touches.
