Facebook Desktop Notifications for Mac OS X
An unofficial application has been released by Facebook employees. It’s named Desktop Notifications.
It is currently available for the Apple Mac platform. The application is designed to provide quick access to notifications on your desktop from the Facebook network.
The software is in experimental stage and could crash. It has been tested on Mac OS X Leopard.
It provides quick access to the latest updates on your Facebook profile. It also enables you to post new status message without opening up the browser window. Pretty cool.
