Apple iPod Touch OS 3.1 is USD 4.95 for users still on OS 2.x
Apple has reduced the price of the iPod Touch OS 3.x for the users of the device with the older operating systems.
The original price of the OS 3.x for the iPod Touch users was around USD 10.
Market reports said that very few people were upgrading their Touch to the new OS which forced the company to reduce the price of the update.
iPod Touch OS 3.1 is a free upgrade for the users on OS 3.0.
