AIM 4.0 now on Apple App Store with social networking features
AOL has announced the launch of AIM 4.0 on the Apple App Store.
This mobile instant messaging client now features social network connectivity.
Social networking features are currently available only on the paid version that costs USD 2.99.
The company said that this new edition would enable users to monitor updates from social networking services like Twitter and Facebook.
This feature is already present in the desktop version of the AOL Instant Messenger.
