Google Ejabat: Arabic version of Google Answers launched
Search engine giant Google has launched a new web service named Ejabat aimed at the Arabic language users on the web.
This service would enable the users to put on questions and answer others in the Arabic language.
One of the aims of the service is to boost the Arabic language content on the web and provide a platform to users to help each other.
The company said in a statement: “We recognize that users are the best at answering each other’s questions within a community and this product is the perfect way to be able to share and contribute information.”
Incidentally, this service launch comes just days after Yahoo acquired Maktoob.com online community.
