Microsoft can sell Word in the US market after all
Microsoft has finally won an approval from the courts to continue selling their Microsoft Word application in the US market.
This ruling has been given by the U.S. Appeals Court for the Federal Circuit.
Microsoft has been given this approval as they continue to appeal another ruling which forbid them to sell MS Word in USA.
The software giant was found to be infringing on patents owned by a Canadian tech company.
Microsoft is now scheduled to present their arguments for the appeal later this month.
