US Open players warned to check their Tweets!

US Open is all set to begin and the players have been warned about the messages they might send through their Twitter accounts.

The players are allowed to tweet but the general warning is that they cannot give out confidential information which is now available in public domain.

The warning is applicable not only on the players but also on coaches, agents, family members and tournament staff.

The message being delivered to the players state that sending “certain sensitive information concerning your match or other matches and/or players should be avoided. Depending on the information sent out this could be determined as the passing of inside information.”
