Google Chrome 4.0.203.2 released on Dev Channel
Google Chrome developers have released a new build on the dev channel.
This new build is currently being delivered to users on Windows and Linux operating systems.
The changelog for this build is pretty big.
Here are the highlights:
Fix some hangs/crashes.
When SafeBrowsing alerts for a page, don’t allow that page to redirect until after the user has dealt with the alert.
Fix hang with video and audio tags.
Reduce Omnibox flicker.
During uninstall, if Chrome was the default browser, prompt user to choose a new default.
Fix clicking/noise when playing video/audio tag content with 48 or 96 kHz audio.
Developers have also released a true 64bit edition of Google Chrome for Linux users!
