Mac OS X Snow Leopard incompatible software list
Apple has now provided a list of software that are likely to give you problems if you are running the Snow Leopard edition of Mac OS X.
Mac OS X Snow Leopard was released today in the US market.
Apple notified in the document:
When you install Snow Leopard or migrate to Snow Leopard, known-incompatible software is moved to a folder named Incompatible Software on your hard drive.
Snow Leopard also prevents known-incompatible software from opening. If you see an “Incompatible software” message, contact the software’s vendor or visit their website for a later, compatible version.
Some of the prominent software which are not fully compatible with Mac OS X v10.6 are:
Parallels Desktop 2.5 and earlier
Parallels Desktop 3.0
EyeTV 3.0.0 to 3.1.0
Aperture 2.1.1 and earlier
Keynote 2.0.2 and earlier
Norton AntiVirus 11.0
AT&T Laptop Connect Card 1.0.4, 1.0.5, 1.10.0
Missing Sync for Palm Sony CLIE Driver 6.0.4
