LiveJournal still under attack

LiveJournal has reported that they are still facing cyber attacks which crippled Twitter last week.

The attacks also resulted in slowdowns on Facebook social network.

Facebook and Twitter have both recovered from the attacks.

LiveJournal has reported that they have successfully managed to counter the attacks which are continuing.

A company representative said: “The attacks are continuing but LiveJournal is handling it just fine at this point.”

It is not clear whether the attacks have stopped on the other services. Twitter, Facebook and Google are working together on finding out more on who was behind the last week’s cyber attacks.
