Microsoft updates Office 2008 for Mac
Microsoft has released an update for their Office suite for the Apple Mac platform.
Office 2008 for Mac 12.2.1 is now available for download from the company website.
The company said that this update would fix a bug that prevents Office applications from opening some Open XML documents.
Users are asked to download an updated version of the suite to access those files.
The company said that the problems existed with some Open XML Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation and PowerPoint show files.
