Google Chrome Themes are finally out!
Google has finally opened the Theme Gallery for their Chrome web browser!
These themes are usable on recent developer’s build of the Google Chrome browser.
You can check out the themes on this page.
You can install the Google Chrome Dev Channel build from this link.
You can change the channel at a later stage from using this tool.
Google has provided around 28 themes which can be installed on your Chrome browser.
Most of them are great but we are hoping that the library would be increased in the coming times with much better themes.
Installing themes is simple. You cannot preview them for the time being. When you click on a theme button, it downloads a CRX (Chrome Extension) file. It is automatically installed. No restarting of the browser is required. Google Chrome then presents a button to revert back to default theme if you do not like it.
Google Chrome has a customized URL where you can uninstall the themes.
Google is not providing the test themes that were available on the Chromium site: Camo and Snowflakes.
