Gmail can now handle mailing lists un-subscription for you if you want!

Google Gmail is one of the most powerful and capable web based email service today.

Google keeps on adding new features and functionalities which further enhances the user experience.

Here is yet another cool feature that was introduced recently…

Mailing lists… People often subscribe to them to stay in touch with certain services and companies.

However, after a while… It becomes annoying to get repeated emails from the same companies…

These emails usually contain the information to unsubscribe but few of us do that. Instead, we prefer to hit the SPAM button to get rid of the mails.

Google has now improvised the situation and Gmail can now handle certain mailing lists properly.

If you try to mark a message from these mailing lists as SPAM, Gmail would now give you an option…

It can handle the unsubscribe process on your behalf. Or you can just force Gmail to mark it as SPAM.
