SRWare Iron: Portable edition of Google Chrome – Chromium
SRWare has released their own version of the open source Chromium web browser which is the base of the popular Google Chrome.
They maintain their own product they call SRWare Iron.
The developers claim that their product has some advantages over Google Chrome when it comes to privacy and features.
SRWare Iron is based on more updated releases of Chromium so it comes loaded with latest versions of the webkit browser rendering engine.
In addition, it also does not include the Google Update application which is hated by tons of privacy advocates.
One of the best features is that you can carry this browser on a pen drive so it is portable.
