McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 4.5 launched

Security software maker McAfee has announced the launch of their ePolicy Orchestrator 4.5.

The company said that this new product is designed to help secure organizations from a vast and ever-growing threat landscape.

McAfee added that the corporate entities have to remember four major points while ensuring the security of their networks:

1. Integrating defense across systems and networks.
2. Having an automated compliance tightly integrated with the greater security ecosystem.
3. Having an open security management platform providing a single management console with integration capabilities.
4. Having a system capable of detecting threat even in the cloud environment as well as distribution capabilities; the one capable of coving all five primary threat vectors, reputational analysis, visibility across the entire internet, and having a dedicated team of security research experts.

McAfee claims that this new product is designed to handle all these security parameters.
