Dell shows some interest in Google Chrome OS
Dell has admitted that they are somewhat interested in the recently announced Google Chrome OS.
Dell said: “Dell constantly assesses new technologies as part of managing our product development process and for consideration in future products.”
Google is said to be working with several personal computer makers to launch products powered with this new operating system.
The search engine giant is said to be in talks with several companies for this initiative including Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Acer, Lenovo and Asustek Computer.
Google Chrome OS would be powered with the Linux Kernel with a browser based user interface.
