Twitter now more generous with API limits
Twitter had recently updated their network infrastructure.
The company probably had some plans but the sudden demise of Michael Jackson delayed the implementations.
The popular social networking service has now increased the API calls a user can make through a Twitter client.
The limit used to be 100 calls per hour. It has been increased to 150 now.
This would come handy for heavy users of the Twitter service who have multiple devices accessing the Twitter service.
Twitter has not commented on this update yet. So, it’s not clear whether this is a permanent change.
