Aviary makes taking website screenshots damn easy!
Aviary is doing a lot of interesting and useful stuff on the web. They already have a range of awesome web based photo and image edition tools.
And they have just launched a new service that makes it damn easy to take screenshots of websites.
Until now, we had to rely on a Firefox add-on to take complete screenshots of a web page especially when there is scrolling involved.
Aviary makes it possible to do the same in any web browser as long as you have Adobe Flash Player installed.
You just have to add the website address at the end of aviary.com/ and it takes the screenshot and sends it to a basic image editor where you can add your own annotations or comments.
You can then choose to download the screenshot on your computer or host it online for sharing on the spot!
You would require an Aviary account to use the online hosting facility however.
Aviary is also making available a Firefox add-on that does the same thing but a little bit more conveniently. You also get the option to take screenshots in different resolutions, image quality, and region. They are soon going to make available the option to take screenshots in different web browsers in different operating systems!
