Google City Tours announced
Google Labs has added an interesting web based service that can come handy for tourists.
It is currently an experimental project that might become a part of their Google Maps service.
The service description states that it is designed to help you identify points of interest and plan multi-day trips to most major cities. The user just has to specify the location of his hotel and the length of your trip and City Tours will map out an itinerary him.
Google City Tours is currently very limited in nature offering little functionality.
This project could use a lot of help and inputs from web users and third party services like Flickr and Wikipedia.
