AP Mobile 3.0 for iPhone can push breaking news stories
AP has released their latest mobile app for the iPhone platform.
This application is designed for use with iPhone 3.0 platform.
And it supports the new push functionality introduced in this version of the iPhone OS.
This new feature would let users get the latest breaking stories on their iPhone even when the application is closed.
Users get to choose the categories from which they would like to get the push alerts.
AP has also added support for Evernote in this update. Users get the ability to store AP headlines in their Evernote account for referencing.
The service also supports storing the headlines on other third party services like Twitter and Facebook.
